All orders are sent by first class post and should be received within 3 to 5 working days. Orders that are sent using Airmail will not include batteries as they are prohibited. We do not charge a higher shipping charge for Airmail to compensate.

All replacement remote control handsets are fully guaranteed for 12 Months

from the date of purchase against failure due to a manufacturing fault.

This guarantee does not cover damage to or failure of the handset caused by the purchaser.

In the unlikely event of a claim under guarantee, simply return the remote control to us

with the purchase details and we will exchange it without delay.

If on receipt the remote control ordered from us fails to operate your equipment

based on the correct model number being ordered, you are welcome to return it to us

for either a full refund or an different make remote control (if available)

within 7 days of receipt of purchase.

If a remote control returned is subsequently found not to be faulty or incorrect

but has either been ordered by mistake or the equipment itself is found to be at fault,

a 20% charge will be levied to cover costs we incurred in processing

and sending out the original order, and will be deducted from the refund we issue.

This does not effect your statutory rights.

Privacy Statement

Contact Information supplied by our customers in the course of obtaining a remote control quotation or purchasing a new remote control is deleted from our systems once the quotation is given or the purchase order has been processed to our customers complete satisfaction.

We will not under any circumstances pass any information on to a third party

or send e-mail that is not directly linked to the original enquiry.

Information that we are obliged to keep for accountancy purposes is kept for the legal length of time and is kept strictly private and confidential. Once again details are never passed onto third parties.

We will gladly deal with any privacy enquiry.
